Chief Technology Officer
Owns: architecture, engineering, infrastructure, data, AI systems, security, reliability, and technical execution.
Does not unilaterally own: product priorities, customer experience, brand, or marketing strategy.
Chief Design & Product Officer
Owns: product vision, roadmap, curriculum experience, UX, UI, design systems, discovery, and product outcomes.
Does not unilaterally own: engineering architecture, campaign budgets, or marketing-channel execution.
Chief Marketing Officer
Owns: positioning, messaging, audience growth, content, campaigns, acquisition, partnerships, and revenue marketing.
Does not unilaterally own: product requirements, design quality, or technical architecture.
